DNA NGO has been working for several years on the issues of making cultural activities
accessible for the youth from rural areas. To meet this objective, we have developed a
network of circus artists and show technicians who regularly organise events and perform
for the rural youth.
Unfortunately, not many youngsters attend these evenings. Furthermore, small portion of
artistic practices for amateurs (circus, theater, singing, acrobatics etc.) are made for the
youth.
To solve the problem of mobilizing youth for performing arts, the lack of offerings from
amateur practices and to address the requests from the population, DNA and its French
partner have decided to set up a dedicated show of a practicing amateur circus, aiming at
the adolescent public, in the area of val de creuse val d’anglin.
